Mary the Doctor the Monster |
Mary the doctor the monster |
Walked into a bar and one said |
Please mister bartender help me |
I think one of us may be dead |
The bartender poured out two drinks |
And asked if a tab should be started |
He said two of you have arrived |
But one of you’s clearly departed |
One took a drink from the counter |
And drank it to stake out a claim |
One said I did not solicit |
One pondered the wages of fame |
The second drink was undertaken |
The characters ever will thrive |
Each generation will meet them |
Though Mary’s no longer alive. |
